Video Maker Tools is run by Codinck BV, a company registered in Belgium under number 0779.975.416 (VAT BE0779975416), at Victor Driessensstraat 2A/001, 2018 Antwerpen, Belgium. Drive Index, Slideit and Video Inspo are made by Codinck BV in collaboration with Studio Traveling Light. Codinck BV publishes the apps and is responsible for them.

You may browse the website, download the free versions of our apps and link to any page. Please don't use the website in a way that harms it or other visitors, for example by trying to break into it, overloading it with automated requests or spreading malware through it.

The text, images, designs and logos on the website belong to Codinck BV or its partners. You may not copy them for commercial use without our written permission.

Drive Index for macOS and Windows is downloaded from our website. Slideit and Video Inspo for iOS and Android are downloaded from the App Store and Google Play, whose own terms also apply.

Installing or using an app means you accept our End User License Agreement.

Every app has a free version. Pro is a paid upgrade that unlocks more features in one app.

• Drive Index Pro is sold through Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the official reseller (merchant of record) for our products. Lemon Squeezy handles the payment, charges VAT where it applies and sends your invoice, so its own terms also apply to your purchase. After payment you receive a license key by email. The checkout shows the price and on how many computers you can activate the license.
• Pro for Slideit and Video Inspo is bought inside the app, through the App Store or Google Play. Apple or Google handles the payment under their own terms.

Prices are shown at checkout, including VAT where it applies. We may change prices for future purchases, but a change never affects a purchase you already made.

If Drive Index Pro is not for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of your purchase and you get your money back in full, no questions asked. Mail us at info@videomakertools.com with your order number, or use the link in your receipt from Lemon Squeezy. After the refund, the license key stops working.

Under EU law, consumers can normally withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days. For digital content that is delivered right away, that right can end as soon as delivery starts, but our 14 day refund applies either way.

Refunds for purchases in the App Store or Google Play are handled by Apple or Google under their own refund rules. We cannot issue those ourselves.

We build the website and the apps with care, but we cannot promise they will always be available or free of errors. The website and its content are provided as they are.

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damage such as lost profit, lost data or a missed shoot, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. These limits do not apply to damage we cause on purpose or through gross negligence, to death or personal injury, or to rights that consumer law gives you and that cannot be waived.

We may update these terms, for example when we add an app or a feature. The date at the top shows the current version. If a change is important, we announce it on the website at least 7 days before it takes effect. A purchase is always governed by the terms that applied when you made it.

These terms are governed by Belgian law. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.

If something goes wrong, please mail us first: most problems are solved quickly that way. If we can't work it out, disputes go to the courts of Antwerp. If you are a consumer living in the EU, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your own country, and you may take a claim to the courts where you live.
